Product Designer in JatApp

We are looking for Middle Product Designer< /b> to work with a cross-platform product in the Books niche. This is a marketplace for modern romance novels that connects talented writers from around the world with real book lovers. Our goal is to make this product one of the market leaders.

Key tasks:

• Designing UX/UI design solutions for iOS, Android and Web platforms according to user needs and business goals
• Conducting tests for product improvement, usability testing of concepts or existing functionality: corridor testing, moderated/unmoderated testing)
• Researching competitor design solutions
• Generating and testing hypotheses to improve UX and product conversion metrics
< b>• Creation of concepts and prototypes within the framework of product discovery
• Support and development of the design system
• Interaction with cross-functional by the product team

Needed skills and experience:

• Experience in the role of Product Designer from 2 -x years
• Mandatory experience of working with B2C mobile applications
• Knowledge of mobile Android Material Design Guidelines and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience in supporting/building design systems
• Skills and experience in UX writing
• b>Ability to create prototypes
• Experience with Figma
• Experience in conducting usability testing
• Understanding SDLC
• Proactivity anddeveloped communication skills (ability to present and argue hypotheses, design solutions
• Speed ​​and flexibility in working with hypotheses
• Understanding business processes that affect overall product performance

Will be a plus:

• Ability to work with product analytics and metrics
• Experience with transactional and/or subscription monetization models
• Experience with content applications< br/>• Skills in building information architecture
• Experience with A/B tests
• Experience with Clickstream and Heatmap services
• The level of English is sufficient for conducting moderated usability testing
