Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile trading platforms;
• Create interactive elements and user flows to ensure seamless navigation;
• Organize content logically for easy access and usability;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutions;
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices;
• Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

• User Interface (UI) Design: Proficiency in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software;
• Interaction Design: Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interactions within the trading platform, including navigation flows, interactive elements, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and usability;
• Visual Design: Strong skills in visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and iconography, to create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with JustMarkets.com’s brand identity;
• Prototyping: Experience in prototyping and rapid iteration of design concepts using tools like Figma or similar software to validate design ideas, gather feedback, and iterate on designs;
• User Research: Knowledge of user research methodologies, including conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors that inform design decisions;
• Usability Testing: Ability to plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of design solutions, analyze test results, and incorporate feedback into design iterations;
• Information Architecture: Understanding of information architecture principles to organize and structure content within the trading platform in a logical and intuitive manner, facilitating easy navigation and access to information;
• Responsive Design: Familiarity with designing responsive interfaces that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms;
• Front-End Development Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with front-end developers, understand technical constraints, and ensure the feasibility of design implementations;
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git to collaborate with developers, manage design assets, and track changes to design files throughout the design process;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements and user needs into actionable design solutions.

Would be a plus:

• Animation and Motion Design: Understanding of animation principles and motion design techniques to create engaging and interactive animations within the trading platform that enhance user experience and usability.
