In your portfolio there is a design of a realized product; You have experience in fixing/changing the design and working on errors based on feedback from real users and analytics; You have experience in analyzing user behavior, identifying problems and proposing solutions; You have knowledge of design standards: Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines and others; Experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android will be an advantage. Three companies of the YASNO brand three times topped the rating of electricity suppliers of Ukraine compiled by the analytical center DiXi Group within the framework of the USAID project.
Product designer
You will help us in solving the following tasks:
- Design of the new YASNO Mobile application, web cabinet and YASNO website for the general audience together with the design team. Ensuring all stages of product design creation from idea to ready mock-ups;
- Conducting UX research: interviews, surveys, usability testing, corridor testing, working with analytics;
- Generation and validation of hypotheses, writing JobStories, building CJM;
- Presentation of design solutions to stakeholders and the development team;
- Writing documentation for development, further support and interaction with the team in the process of implementing the designed solution;
- Participation in the creation and maintenance of the YASNO brand design system.
