Itisimportant forus that you have: 3+years ofwork experience asaProduct Designer. Strong knowledge ofProduct Design processes and methodologies for Web/Mobile apps. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working inanagile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Figma (our primary design tool) orwillingness toadapt toit. Knowledge ofMaterial Design principles and Human Interface Guidelines. Real experience inconducting User Research. Experience analyzing product metrics and working with analytical platforms. Ability tomaintain design documentation. Good mastery ofcreating design libraries. Advanced knowledge ofthe basics ofcomposition, color, and typography. Ability tocreate interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing. Adeep understanding ofuser-centered design principles. Intermediate level ofEnglish. You will beresponsible for: Product Design Process: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring aseamless user experience. Product Feature Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams tobrainstorm, conceptualize, and develop innovative product feature ideas that address user needs and market demands. Wireframing and Prototyping: Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups tocommunicate design concepts and gather feedback. User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, togather insights and inform design decisions. User/Data Analysis: Proficiently analyze user research data, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing results, aswell asproduct metrics and user session recordings. Extract actionable insights from this data toinform and drive design decisions. Utilize adata-driven approach tocontinuously monitor and improve the user experience, ensuring that design choices align with user needs and business objectives. Design Library Development: Improve the design library. Establish and maintain acomprehensive collection ofdesign components, templates, and style guidelines toensure uniformity indesign across all company products and projects. Collaborate with development teams toimplement and uphold these design resources, promoting efficient and cohesive design practices. Design Iteration: Iterate ondesigns based onfeedback and evolving business requirements, while also considering technical feasibility. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders toensure designs are executed effectively and meet business goals.
