Product Designer in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Product Designer for a We have 4 powerful products operating in international markets:

1. Intelligent document automation:
Removing the routine - our product makes working with documents easier so users can focus on more important tasks.

2. Platform for career growth:
We help people grow - the platform opens opportunities for career development: from resumes to career consultations, paving the way from potential to realized ambitions.

3. AI job search and automatic creation of resumes and cover letters:
Helping people find jobs faster. We do this with the help of AI job search, automatic creation of resumes and cover letters in one click. The service removes routine, increases the relevance of reviews and helps you better position yourself for specific roles.

4. Technical talent marketplace:
We connect technical experts with those looking for their expertise - a marketplace where experts and users find each other quickly.

What challenges await our Product Designer:
—Participation in product tasks from hypothesis formation to launch and further improvements;
—Ability to build logical, understandable and visually neat interfaces.
—Participate in discovery: analyze user scenarios, pain points, metrics and research results;
—Work closely with PM, front-end team, analytics and marketing;
—Work with a design system: use existing components and help develop the system further;
—Argue design decisions through data, UX principles, and business goals;
—Participate in design reviews, exchange feedback, and raise the overall level of design culture in the team.

What is important to us
—1.5+ years of experience in the position of Product Designer;
—Understanding the full product cycle: discovery > delivery > iteration;
—Experience designing of scenarios: from flow logic to elaborate UI details.
- Ability to work with design systems;
- Skills of reasoning decisions and working with feedback;
- Basic understanding of product and business metrics;
- Experience of interaction with developers (handoff, clarification, implementation support); for the result.

Office autonomy
We made sure that the team felt comfortable even in difficult conditions. Our offices are warm, energy-independent and completely autonomous: they work during power and water outages, with stable internet and electricity supply. All basic comfort conditions are available in the office: shower, charging gadgets, light and snacks.
