Product designer in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

YASNO is a brand under which a group of companies operates in the supply of electricity, gas, energy efficiency solutions and electric vehicles. We provide services for 3.5 million Ukrainian families and 80 thousand legal clients. Three companies of the YASNO brand three times topped the rating of electricity suppliers of Ukraine compiled by the analytical center DiXi Group as part of the USAID project.

Product designer

You will help us in solving the following tasks:

• Designing the new YASNO Mobile application, web cabinet and YASNO website for a wide audience together with the design team. Ensuring all stages of product design creation from idea to finished layouts;
• Conducting UX research: interviews, surveys, usability testing, corridor testing, work with analytics;
• Generation and validation of hypotheses, writing JobStories, construction of CJM;
• Presentation of design solutions to stakeholders and the development team;
• Writing documentation for development, further support and interaction with the team in the process of implementing the designed solution;

• Participation in the creation and support of the YASNO brand design system.

You are our candidate if you have:

• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer;
• Your portfolio includes the design of a realized product;
• You have experience in fixing/changing designs and working on errors on based on feedback from real users and analytics;
• You have experience in analyzing user behavior, identifying problems and proposing solutions;
• You have knowledge of design standards: Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines and others;

• Experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android will be a plus.
• Experience with analytics will be a plus.
• Experience with Figma is a must, also a plus to have : Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Principle, InVision, After Effects.
