We are currently looking for a purposeful and proactive Product/Data Analyst with a technical background who can qualitatively improve and speed up the work of the team. One of the key tasks will be the launch of A/B tests at various stages of the product's operation, conducting these tests, building reports and final confirmation of hypotheses. The technical stack that the team works with: Amazon Redshift, AirFlow, Python, Tableau, OpenSearch (Grafana/Kibana). The general list of directions in which you will work: 1. Conducting A/B tests: Launch, analysis; Visualization of the tavisnovka. 2. Business Intelligence: Data preparation and analysis for various product initiatives; Creating and maintaining reports for other internal directions. 3. Working with databases: Organization and support of analytics-dbt and project work. 4. Documentation of technical and product solutions of the analytical team. What is required to join Donas: at least one year of experience in the role of an analyst or other positions related to data analysis; analytical abilities, developed critical thinking; technical education; high level of SQL knowledge; experience working with BI systems (Tableau/PowerBI) or completed a course on using data visualization services; English proficiency level from Intermediate (B1). It will be a plus: Experience with python, git and airflow.
