We are currently looking for a focused and proactive Product/Data Analyst with a technical background who can qualitatively improve and accelerate the team's work. One of the key tasks will be to run A/B tests at different stages of the product's operation, conduct these tests, build reports and finally confirm the hypotheses.

Technical stack with which the team works: Amazon Redshift, AirFlow, Python, Tableau, OpenSearch (Grafana/Kibana).

General list of areas you will work with:

1. Conducting A/B tests:

• Launch, analysis;
• Visualization and conclusions.

2 . Business Intelligence:

• Data preparation and analysis for various product initiatives;
• Creating and maintaining reports for other internal areas.

3. Working with databases:

• Organization and support of analytics-dbt and project work.

4. Documenting the technical and product solutions of the analytical team.

What you need to join us:

• at least one year of work experience in the role of an analyst or in other positions related to data analysis;
• analytical abilities, developed critical thinking;
• technical education;
• high level of knowledge of SQL;
• experience working with BI systems (Tableau/PowerBI) or completed a course on using data visualization services;
• level of mastery in English from Intermediate (B1).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Python, git and airflow.
