Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Content Management: Manage the settings for products and categories across our printing stores through our custom-developed GPS e-commerce admin panel, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-dateUtilise in-store plugins to migrate product listings between stores seamlessly, maintaining consistency in product availability across different platformsSet up product listings and design templates ensuring they are ready for customer interaction. Design Coordination: Liaise with the Design Services team to request the creation of product images and promotional banners. This includes providing design briefs, ensuring that visual content meets brand guidelines, and coordinating the approval process Asset Management: Upload site assets, which include but are not limited to product images and category images. Ensure these assets are of high quality and are optimized for web display Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy retrieval and updatesPricing and Customization: Upload price lists and configure custom pricing models based on accounting team requirements. Adjust pricing as needed to stay competitive while maintaining profitability. Develop and apply custom product attributes to meet specific market segments or promotional needs.
