LotOK chain of stores is a stable retail trade company that is actively developing and implementing modern approaches to managing product categories and working with buyers.
We ensure the economic and physical availability of food products for our guests and invite to the team a Manager of the promotion of product categories who will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective tools for stimulating demand and increasing sales in the product categories of the network.
Main tasks
- Development and implementation product category promotion strategies in accordance with the company's business goals
- Planning and launch of promotional activities and promotional mechanisms aimed at stimulating demand
- Development of category promotion tools:
- promotional offers
- sales promotion mechanisms
- special offers for buyers
- Analysis promotional activity of competitors and market trends in the promotion of product categories
- Analysis of the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and preparation of recommendations to increase their effectiveness
- Formation and management of calendar of promotional activities of product categories
- Cooperation with category managers and the purchasing department when planning promotions activities
- Monitoring the implementation of promotional campaigns in the network and analyzing their impact on sales
- Managing the category promotion budget and monitoring the effectiveness of the use of funds (ROI)
Our expectations
- Higher education in the field of marketing, economics or management
- Work experience from 5 years in FMCG or retail
- Experience with promotional campaigns and promotion of product categories
- Skills in sales analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of promotional activities
- Experience with sales data and analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Analytical thinking, orientation result-oriented, effective communication skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian language
