Product (category) manager (network equipment) in Beznosenko V., FOP

MEGATECH is a Ukrainian company specializing in the supply of IoT and network equipment for businesses, integrators and infrastructure projects.
We are developing the field of network solutions and are looking for a product manager to take over category management and portfolio development.

Format of work:

• Full time Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
• Official employment (in the state)
• Work in the office (Kyiv)

 What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of network equipment: routers, switches, access points, SFP modules
• Work with brands MikroTik, TP-Link, Teltonika, Ubiquiti, QuWireless, Ruijie, BTM
• Analyze warehouse balances, market prices and competitive environment, adjust pricing policy
• Ensure the balance between margin and turnover in a highly competitive category
• Work with vendors: deal registration, obtaining special prices, development of cooperation conditions
• Form and support orders in vendors
• Assist the Sales team with technical specifications and the selection of solutions for client projects
• Develop a partner network (online stores, wholesale resellers, integrators, installers, business customers)
• Analyze competitors and look for opportunities to strengthen product positions
• Remove inefficient positions and control illiquid ones balances
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, purchasing, service, logistics, warehouse, finance)

 We expect you to:

• Have 2-3 years of experience in the position Product Manager / Category Manager / BDM
• Have technical literacy and understanding of network or related equipment
• Orientate in the market of network solutions or electronics
• Have a commercial mindset (balance margin vs turnover)
• Confident in working with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP or analogues)
• Able to negotiate and build partnerships
• Work systematically and pay attention to details
• Have a higher education (preferably technical)
