The Nestle company, LLC "Technocom" invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Specialist in product development and processes of the product development department, Kharkiv / Lutsk. General information: Work experience in a specialty of at least 1 year; Understanding of the external business environment; Ability to quickly adapt and learn; Willingness to relocate to Kharkiv or Lutsk. The employee must know: Food production technologies; Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above; Fluent computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, preferably SAP; Regulatory legislation of Ukraine and the European Union on food industry issues; Quality requirements for the food industry; Legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, International Standards of the ISO quality management system. The main tasks and duties: 1. Development of new types of products and improvement of current ones in accordance with the priorities of the Business and the Zone: Evaluation and introduction of new and alternative types of raw materials; Development of laboratory samples of new types of products; Participation in the development and implementation of progressive, economically justified technological processes and modes of production of products; Development of recipes according to criteria safety measures defined for this category of products; Organization and conduct of production tests for new and improved types of products; Participation in the first launches into production for new types of products or restarts of current ones; Organization and conduct of tastings of new products; Participation in sensory evaluation of products; 2. Ensuring compliance: Adherence to policies and guidelines from the integrated management system (NMS), requirements of the Food Safety Certification Scheme (FSSC), Nestlé requirements within the scope of its responsibility. Adherence to occupational health and safety, fire, man-made and environmental safety and industrial sanitation requirements.
