The primary user base is in Tier-1 countries. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI, and the use of AI and ML for user scoring, matching and face recognition. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.In this role, you willIdentify data patterns and dependencies between data and metricsProvide analytical support to our product and marketing teamsGenerate and validate hypothesesCreate reports and analyze product metrics such as LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha momentResearch and conclude on A/B test results, providing insights for improvementAutomate the reporting process and create dashboards for various stakeholdersMonitor key metrics operationally and determine causes for deviations from expected valuesIt’s all about you2+ years of experience as a Product AnalystFull proficiency in SQLFull proficiency with TableauSolid knowledge of key product metrics and experience in building funnels and making recommendations based on themStrong understanding of statistics fundamentals and experimental designFamiliarity with both statistics and regression methodsExperience with A/B testingProven track record in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks, such as user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis, and use-case analysisHighly motivated and results-orientedGood communication skills and a desire to be part of a friendly, collaborative environmentContinuous learner, always exploring new approachesAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesCapable of working independentlyStrong ability to structure information and communicate it effectivelyWould be a plusExperience with ClickHouseExperience with Python or RExperience with BigQueryWhat we offerHighly-skilled team.
