The company's flagship products are native and web applications that clean and protect millions of Macs around the world every day, and provide unlimited access to many applications for facilitating the performance of daily tasks. The company's products have more than 30 million active users worldwide.
We are looking for a Product Analyst for one of the company's largest products .
Our perfect match is a motivated and proactive specialist who will strengthen the team and bring new expertise. As a Product Analyst, you will join a team that works closely with User Accounts, Billing, Pricing, Purchasing, Business Models, User Flow and CRM. As a team member, the prospective colleague will be responsible for studying and analyzing user behavior data to provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience and product performance.
Your Future Tasks :
- Application of quantitative methods to find bottlenecks and product opportunities, close collaboration with the team (brainstorming of ideas and hypothesis testing)
- Planning and analysis of experiments to test hypotheses and creating new features
- Work closely with PM and team to collect, measure and analyze key metrics for user accounts
- Research and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve product performance and behavior of its users
We expect that you have:
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics
- deep expertise in Tableau or other BI systems
- high level of SQL knowledge
- understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economy
- knowledge of probability theory and statistics
- English — B1+
Experience with A/B testing and web analytics (GA/GTM), knowledge of R/Python will be an added advantage.

- Screen Call with the recruiter (~30-45 min. )
- Tech Interview with two or three technical specialists (1.5 hours)
- Test Task (estimated for ~3-6 hours of execution): the task is as close to the task as possible, with what a new person may face in this position
- Final Interview with Engineering Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist (1.5 hours)
