Asa Product Analyst , you will join our Purchase team . The team works closely with user accounts, billing, pricing, purchase, business models, User Flows, and CRM. Weare abunch ofbright and creative people, including PMs, designers, and aUXWriter. Aspart ofthe team, you will beresponsible for exploring and analyzing behavioral data toprovide actionable insights and recommendations toimprove user experience and product performance. Inthis role, you will: Use quantitative methods tofind bottlenecks and opportunities, cooperate with the team onstorming and validation ofhypotheses Design and analyze experiments totest hypotheses and build new features Work closely with product managers and product team todevelop and measure key metrics for user accounts Explore and analyze data toprovide actionable insights and recommendations toimprove product metrics and customer behavior Ensure and expand data literacy inthe team Prepare anevents map for the new flows that are under development now Skills you’ll need tobring: 2+years ofhands-on experience inproduct analytics Strong experience with SQL Solid understanding ofmain SaaS metrics and unit economy Good knowledge ofTableau oranotherBI system Experience inexperiment planning and analysis Autonomy and proactivity You are result-oriented and comfortable with presenting your findings tothe team Asaplus: Knowledge ofPython/R Experience with SaaS products Work experience with web analytics (GA/GTM, understanding how web analytics and web tracking work) Experience inbuilding analytics with GDPR compliance What weoffer: Weare aUkrainian company, and westand with Ukraine against russian aggression Wemaintain workplaces and salaries for the mobilized Macpawians and provide financial support tocolleagues ortheir families affected bythe war.
