Product analyst (Educational Product) in SKELAR

Hello!
My name is Maxim, I am Head of Product at Brighterly, a business in the SKELAR ecosystem.
Now I am looking for a talented analyst who will eventually lead the team and the direction of analytics on the product.
For almost 2 years with MVP we have grown to 30+ in-house specialists, 30 remote and 200+ tutors in different geos around the world.

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets .

About Brighterly:

Brighterly is a closed marketplace of 1-on-1 math tutoring for kids in the US market. We're building a complete online STEM school for kids. Now our parent users can get professional services for helping their children with problems that classical educational institutions cannot cope with. We have personalized approaches to each child and we are focused on results. Over two years, we have conducted more than 10,000 lessons and graduated more than 2,000 students. ="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">To scale the business, we are looking for a team Product Analyst who is ready to build a product, consider business needs and learn and grow a lot.

What is important to us:
— 2 years + experience in a similar position
— Level of English: from Upper Intermediate (B2);
— Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks 'from 0 to 1';
— High level of motivation and desire for development;

Technology stack:
—Advanced SQL
— Tableau
—Experience running and analyzing AB tests
—In-depth knowledge of product metrics and how to work with them
—Experience with BigQuery
—Critical thinking, love of analysis

It will be a plusom:
—Experience with Amplitude
—Python for data analysis

Main challenges:

— Work with analytics of different business domains: Product/Marketing/Sale/OPS/ Supply
— Look for dependencies in data and business growth points
— Work with a data pool - both a data analyst and a product analyst (work with funnel, retention, payment and supply metrics);
— Ability to influence the business model and pricing policy
— Teach and mentor junior analysts, conduct trainings, code review
— Develop and scale the analytical vertical in the business
— Run A/B tests aimed not only at parents but also at children and improve their experience with the platform
