Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of analytics: Deep understanding of analytical processes and experience in product analytics. Working with product metrics, different slices of data, cohort analysis, improving metrics, user segmentation. A/B testing experience: Knowledge of statistics, methodologies and tools for effective A/B testing. Strong analytical skills: Ability to generate hypotheses and analyze large volumes of data. Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals Knowledge of Python and Airflow: Experience using Python for analytical tasks and familiarity with automation tools such as Airflow Proficiency in data visualization tools: Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI for effective data visualization and analysis Experience in automation of A/B testing: Having experience in creating automated systems for conducting A/B tests. Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for working with data: Experience in using AI tools for data analysis and optimization. Responsibilities: Conducting product analytics: Collection and analysis of product data , proposals for measures to optimize the product based on analytical findings. Conducting A/B testing: Designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate various hypotheses related to product improvement. Generation of hypotheses based on data: Analyzing data to form and test hypotheses, aimed at improving functionality and user experience. Process automation: Implementation of automated solutions to simplify and accelerate analytical processes, including A/B testing.
