To scale the business, we are looking for a Product Analyst to join the team, who is ready to build the product, take into account the needs of the business and learn and grow a lot.

What a Product Analyst will do:
— Convert data into metrics, dashboards and adhoc analyses;
—Look for data dependencies and business growth points;
—Evaluate split tests;
— Formulate recommendations for the product team;
—Generate and test new product hypotheses;
— Conduct product research
— If necessary, together with the product team, improve the Data Warehouse structure, optimize data recording and use
— Teach and mentor junior analysts, conduct trainings, code review
— Help build product analytics processes in business

What is needed to join us:
— Willingness to work full-time, in-house (office, Kyiv);
— 3+ years of experience in a similar Data/Product Analyst position;
—Must-have: SQL, pandas, numpy;
— Level of English: from Upper Intermediate (B2);
- Experience with data visualization services (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or others);
—Experience with product or marketing metrics;
— Ability to structure and visualize information;
— Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks "from 0 to 1";
— High level of motivation and desire to develop;
—Experience in split test analysis.
