Professional qualities:

• 1.5+ years of experience working with a b2c product, as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst
• Experience working with raw data, using SQL and building visualizations
• High presentation skills analytical results for stakeholders
• Basic understanding of different verticals of business: billing, retention, marketing, etc.
• Thirst for finding insights, their verification and implementation in product operation

An additional advantage will be:

• Experience in many product verticals
• Understanding all marketing metrics, product funnels and billing conversions. As well as mastering Cohort Analysis, Factor Analysis, End-to-End Analysis
• Working directly on the Product Management or Product Operations team

• Finding product insights across all product verticals: finding areas of potential growth through improved user experience
• Independent creation of product analysis processes, in close contact with the Product and Operations teams
• Building and validating product hypotheses based on the main data-driven approach
• Development of internal A/B testing, together with the data-analytics team

• Ability to influence all product verticals and implement your ideas directly with operational teams and top management
