Product Analyst in SKELAR

In order to scale the business, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the team, who is ready to build a product, take into account the needs of the business and also learn a lot and grow. What will the Senior Product Analyst do: —Convert metrics data, dashboards and adhoc-analyses;—Look for dependencies of successful points of business growth;—Evaluate split tests;—Formulate recommendations for the product team;—Generate and test new product hypotheses;—Conduct product research—Need to improve the Data structure together with the product team Warehouse, optimize the recording and use of data—Train junior analysts, conduct trainings, code review—Help build product analytics processes in the businessWhat you need to join today:—3+ years of experience in a similar Data/Product Analyst position;—Must-have: SQL, pandas, numpy;—English proficiency level: from Upper Intermediate (B2);—Experience with data visualization services (Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, or others);—Experience with product or marketing metrics;—Ability to structure and visualize information;—Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks "from 0 to 1";—High level of motivation and desire for development;—Experience in analyzing split tests.
