Therefore, together with our Head of Product Misha Penkova, we are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Headway Learning team to build a unicorn together.

Why it is interesting:

• Ability to test hypotheses on real users. Every month we work with 1 million users (MAU) and this opens up a lot of space for experiments.
• Work with large data sets. We collect data about user behavior, which you can turn into valuable insights for product development.
• Ability to choose tools and approaches. Now we work with Amplitude, Tableau, BigQuery. However, you will have flexibility in the choice of tools and support from the manager in implementing ideas.

What to do:

• Look for growth points and business insights by digging into data and turning it into information.
• Together with the team, generate and implement ideas, according to business priorities and product vision.
• Responsible for the full cycle of A/B testing: idea generation, test design and launch, building dashboards, test closure, conclusions and insights for future iterations.
• Effectively communicate work results.
• Constantly improve your work, propose and implement solutions for automating and optimizing processes.

We are looking for you if:

• You know how to work with databases (SQL).
• Understand product metrics and how they are related.
• You have an analytical mindset and creative thinking.
• You can see the whole picture and go deeperin detail.
• You know Python (will be a plus).
• Split the values ​​of the command ( SELECT ).
