Together with our Head of Product, Misha Penkova, we are looking for a Learning Product Analyst to join the team to build a unicorn together. You should definitely contact us if you want to: Test hypotheses on real users. Every month we work with 1 million users (MAU) and this opens up a lot of space for experiments. Work with large data sets. We collect data about user behavior that you can turn into valuable insights for product development. Choose tools and approaches. We currently work with Amplitude, Tableau, BigQuery. However, you will have flexibility in choosing tools and support from the manager in implementing ideas. What will you do?— Look for growth points and insights for the business, delving into data and turning them into information;— Together with the team, generate and implement ideas, according to business priorities and product vision;— Be responsible for the full cycle of conducting A/B tests: idea generation, test design and launch, building dashboards, closing the test, conclusions and insights for future iterations; — Effectively communicate work results; — Constantly improve one's work, propose and implement solutions for automating and optimizing processes.
