Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of analytics: Deep understanding of analytical processes and experience in product analytics . Work with product metrics, different data slices, cohort analysis, metrics improvement, user segmentation.
• Experience conducting A/B tests: Knowledge of statistics, methodologies and tools for effective A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to generate hypotheses and analyze large volumes of data. Knowledge of the basics of machine learning.
• Knowledge of Python and Airflow: Experience using Python for analytical tasks and familiarity with automation tools such as Airflow.
• Ability to work with data visualization tools: Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI for effective data visualization and analysis.
• Experience in A/B testing automation: Experience in creating automated systems for conducting A/B tests.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for working with data: Experience in applying AI tools for data analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting product analytics: Collection and analysis of product data, offers product optimization measures based on analytical findings.
• Conducting A/B testing: Designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate various hypotheses related to product improvement.
• Data-driven hypothesis generation: Data analysis to generate and test hypotheses aimed at improving functionality and user experience.
• Automation of processes: Implementation of automated solutions to simplify and accelerate analytical processes, including A/B testing.
