Experience with BI visualization (Looker). Skills in working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Python analytics stack: numpy/ pandas/ visualization libs/ Jupyter. Solid knowledge of statistics of mathematical modeling. Previous experience in planning and analyzing experiments. Understanding of key SaaS metrics and cohort analysis approaches. Strong communication skills and a background in data research. Tasks that will need to be dealt with: Evaluation of product initiatives. Creation of reports and analysis of marketing (CTR, CPM, CAC), indicators of the sequence of transitions and products (LTV, outflow rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment, etc.). Managing the integration of the application (appsflyer) with web analytics and advertising platforms (for example, Facebook, Google Ads). Research and conclusions about the results of A/B tests and provide ideas for improvement. Automating the reporting process and creating information panels for various stakeholders. Operational monitoring of the main indicators and determination of the causes of deviations from the expected values. Providing data-based recommendations to improve product performance. Recruitment stages: 1st stage: communication with the recruiter (20-30 minutes). 2nd stage: technical interview. Stage 3: test task. 4th stage: final interview.
