Functional duties:

1. Consolidation and preparation of analytics:formation of an analytical cube based on data from 1C analogue programs (sales, turnover, margin, profitability, product groups, customers, regions).

2. Operational and regular reporting:

  • daily control of the implementation of the sales plan and mark-up by sales channels;
  • weekly sales reporting by region, key customers, products, countries;
  • separate analytics by networks (including new products, category structure, recommendations for shipments).

3. Analysis of sales and markets: analysis of sales in the USA, TOP clients, TOP products and regions, turnover dynamics.

4. Planning and forecasting:

  • preparation of financial plans and sales forecasts taking into account regions and product groups;
  • consolidation of regional data to form a projected sales budget (twice a year).

5. Inventory management and logistics analytics:

  • assessment of the filling and quality of product balances (turnover, ABC, assortment);
  • formation of recommendations for sub-sorting and replenishment of warehouses (France, Germany, Romania);
  • Planning of supplies and purchases:

    • analysis and control of the turnover for the formation of planned orders at factories;
    • maintenance of the "Purchase Planning" file (sales, balances, countries, commodity groups);
    • participation in the formation of container shipments taking into account delivery priorities.

    7. Interaction and control of processes:

    • coordination with the managers of the ZED regarding terms of delivery, customs clearance and documentation;
    • control of the reservation of goods in programs — analogues of 1C, incl. scarce and TOP models;
    • analytical support of heads of areas and regions.

    8. Optimization: continuous improvement of reporting, analytical tools and approaches.

    What we expect from you:

    • Experience from 2-3 years in the position of financial / business analyst or sales analyst (preferably in companies with commodity business, logistics sales).

    • Higher educationin the field of finance, economics, accounting or related.

    • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, arrays of data); practical experience with Power Query / Power BI or other BI tools is a strong advantage.

    • Experience with large data setsand their consolidation from different systems (ERP/accounting systems like1C or similar).

    • Understanding financial and commercial analytics: margin, inventory turnover, ABC analysis, plan/fact analysis, sales forecasting.

    • Experience in planning and forecasting (sales, inventory, supply), participation in the formation of budgets or financial plans.

    • Analytical thinking and systematicity, attention to detail, ability to work with a large number of parallel tasks.

    • Developed communication skills, a proactive position and focus on optimizing processes and reporting.
