We are looking for a Product Analyst and analytical team to strengthen expertise and improve our core product—Jooble Job Aggregator: http://jooble.org is our core product. We collect vacancies from 140,000 resources, including corporate websites, social networks, ads, etc. This product is available in 67 countries. Our users are job seekers who we help find relevant career offers. Our clients are job board marketing managers who we help attract more job seekers. Our partner websites help us increase traffic volumes by posting our jobs/widgets.Responsibilities:Perform product analysis, perform Ad-hoc queries and A/B test analysis.Generate ideas for product lines.Automate queries and share results with our analytics team. Share insights found about users with product teams and analysts. Apply new approaches to test analysis, data visualization, use data-driven storytelling techniques to present results, share successes or identify growth areas with the analytical community within the company. Participate in data infrastructure improvements. Requirements: 2+ years of experience at the top Product Analyst. Advanced level of SQL. Confident level of experience in using systems for visualization (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI). In-depth understanding of product metrics and A/B testing, practical experience of conducting split testing. High level of communication skills. High level of self-organization, strategy, discipline, results orientation. Will be a plus: Python. Experience in implementing a product metrics system or participating in this process. Experience with Amplitude, MixPanel. Participation in the creation of an analytical data warehouse. What do we offer?
