We are looking for a team Analytics for accounting and product tracking (oil, grain)

Desired experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position (analytics/logistics/management supply chains).
  • Knowledge of the specifics of accounting for grain and oil crops.
  • Confident working skills in MS Excel, ERP systems (1C, MS Dynamics NAV, etc.).
  • li>Understanding the processes of logistics, trading and accounting of goods.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work in conditions of multitasking.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.

Field of activity:

  • Control the movement of goods (grain, oil) from purchase/production to sale.
  • Process large amounts of data (accounting systems and reports) in commodity flow management systems in accordance with the ISCC EU standard.
  • Prepare analytical reports on the status of supply chains, including costs, efficiency and optimization.
  • Maintain the relevance of accounting data in ERP systems (eg, 1C, MS Dynamics NAV).
  • Cooperate with logistics, trading teams and accounting to ensure transparency and accuracy of processes.
  • Identify risks in supply chains and propose ways to minimize them.
  • Perform data analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Control accuracy of accounts in accordance with company reporting standards.
  • Check and optimize document flow to ensure compliance with the requirements of the ISCC EU standard.
  • Analyze possible problems in supply chains, develop solutions for their elimination.
  • Improve the efficiency of operations for managing product flows and document flow. Participate in the development of automated document management modules.
