Producer to Projector Foundation Kyiv We created the direction "Re-imagining Education" in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to reform and renew vocational education in Ukraine, using the experience of the Projector Institute. We develop projects aimed at creating and implementing courses in creative entrepreneurship, design thinking and industrial design; to organize management training for the heads of professional technical schools, as well as to provide professional technical schools with modern equipment. Our mission is to improve and create new educational programs, to make vocational education free, creative, entrepreneurial and to destroy stereotypes about the lack of prestige of education in vocational institutions. What will need to be done: look for lecturers for the development and recording of two courses in entrepreneurship; to be a guide for teachers to facilitate communication; to be responsible for the preparation of the course program, to collect the necessary content; to organize filming in non-typical locations, for example, in the yard of a sewing factory or in the middle of the forest:) to brief and manage the production team at the stage of pre-production, production and post-production; organize onboardings (trainings) for CA representatives with developed courses; to produce content for a communications company with a brief from a communications professional, Tobi Donas, if you have the skills/interest in the field of education, desire to participate in the development of educational products in Ukraine; lead long-term projects from idea to implementation; find the right people, their contacts; work on the shooting process with the production team (make timings, plan shooting, form the videographer's TOR); to be physically on location during filming (mainly in Kyiv and the region, there may be a need to travel to other cities of Ukraine); communicate and express one's thoughts easily, casually, but clearly and politely; negotiate, identify a need, form an offer that will suit a specific person.
