Producer (production direction) in Sport Layf

We are looking for a "Producer (production direction)"

An interesting job for a creative and talented producer.

We are looking for an experienced content producer for the SportLife network of fitness clubs throughout Ukraine (more than 50 palaces). Your task is to organize the production of video and photo content according to the annual plan, coordinate the team and ensure a quality result by the deadline.

Functional:

• Development of annual and monthly shooting schedules for more than 60 clubs throughout Ukraine.
• Coordination of the work of operators, photographers, editors and motion designers.
• Organization of filming with models and actors: casting, communication, contracts.
• Development of content strategy for all formats: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, advertising.
• Writing scripts for YouTube trainings, club reviews and services.
• Preparation of scripts for podcasts and interviews with trainers and experts.
• Responsible for communication and partnerships with bloggers and influencers.
• Organization of business trips: routes, equipment logistics, control budgets.
• Content quality control from setting the task to accepting finished files.
• Accepting briefs from the SMM lead and target specialists, turning them into detailed technical tasks.

• Maintenance of the content library and archive of materials throughout networks

• Development of concepts and briefs for commercials.

• Evaluation of content effectiveness and adjustment of strategy based on data.

• Preparation of estimates, reporting, financial planning filming.

• Conclusion of contracts with contractors: rental of equipment, models, locations.

• Cooperation with the marketing and design department to determine optimal content formats.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (producer, shooting organizer) from 2-3 years.
• Understanding video and photo production processes, knowledge of the editing process (Adobe Premiere / DaVinci is an advantage).
• Experience in working with estimates and contracts with contractors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate a team.
• High attention to details, ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current trends in content marketing, desirable experience in SMM.
• Readiness for regular business trips around Ukraine.
• Experience in fitness, sports or lifestyle — advantage.
