Producer Assistant (Warsaw) in BetterMe

As the company grows, we continue to expand the content production team and we are currently looking for a Producer Assistant to help organize local photo and video shoots in Warsaw.

Your future tasks:

• Assisting in the organization of filming and support on film sets.
• Preparing props for filming: purchase, collection, control and analysis of props after the filming process.
• Keeping records of e-commerce products and systematization of data in relevant databases.
• Working with locations and studios: search, booking, communication, collection of commercial proposals.
• Coordination of meetings (team, with contractors and on projects) with subsequent preparation of reports.
• Preparation of presentations, creation and updating of tables and databases.

What will you need for this?

• Experience in planning and organizing processes.
• Strategic thinking, independence and speed in adoption solutions.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Ability to calculate estimates, work with tables and databases.
• Skills to systematize and optimize large volumes of information.

Will be a plus:

• Experience assisting a producer or participating in filming processes as an assistant or helper.
• Understanding the role of a producer and the general structure of the filming team.
• Experience in the field of photo and video production, knowledge of key industry specialists.
