Producer Assistant (Warsaw) in BetterMe

With the growth of the company, we continue to expand the content production team and we are currently looking for a Producer Assistant to help organize local photo and video shoots in Warsaw.

Your future tasks:

• Assisting in the implementation of projects or on the set; font-weight: 300">Preparation of props for shooting: purchase, collection, and analysis of props after the shooting process;
• Maintenance of e-commerce products and systematization of data in the relevant databases;
• Preparation of presentations and workers tables for various areas;
• Transfer and update of information in internal databases, tables;
• Communication with representatives of locations and contractors: first contacts, collection of commercial proposals and calculations;
• Coordination of meetings (with contractors and projects) with further preparation of reports.

What will you need for this?

Experience of participation in the production process;
• Understanding the role of the producer and the general structure of the film crew;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite);
• Clarity, responsibility and speed in decision-making.

Will be a plus:

• Experience assisting a producer or participating in shooting processes as an assistant or helper;
• Experience in the field of photo and video production, knowledge of key industry specialists;
• Basic experience with Notion, Figma;
• Proficiency in Polish.
