Operationscommunications with company and client personnel through regular visits to each assigned project team to ensure that the services of Procurement meet the needs of the global business unit and its clients.2. Participating with other departmentwith other departments in the company for business development efforts, feasibility studies, project planning, and provides support in contract negotiations to give Procurement input, communicate Procurement & Contracts capabilities.3. Preparing documentsRFP/RFI documents including specifications or requirements as necessary and send out requests for qualifications/proposals.4. Identifying, evaluating and maintainingevaluates and maintains contractors and service providers based on set criteria (price, quality, service support, availability, distribution capabilities, reputation and history, etc.).5. Listing and Assisting of qualified contractors and service. Assists with the review of tenders and work with Director of Projects Development.6. Developing relations effective working relationship with internal and external clients.7. Reviewing and handlingand handles the commercial, financial and legal aspects of company procurement at all stages of the project cycle, in consultation with the company’s’ departments as required.8. Developing new projects in the development of new projects, project design, review of the procurement plans and prior reviews bidding/request for proposal, bid/technical evaluation reports and contract documents during implementation and post review of contracts.9. Monitoring program and budgetprocurement work program and budget allocation for the new / ongoing projects.InterfacesIt is expected that the job holder works collaboratively within and across Departments to effectively fulfill his responsibilities:Collaboration with Finance Departments for cash flows.Collaboration with Projects Department for projects procurement requirements.Collaboration with Legal Department for contracts and claims.Other Qualification or CertificationA Bachelor degree (or higher) with a major in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering "Preferred", Law, Procurement, Finance, Business or Commerce).Minimum of 3 years of relevant experienceExperience in using ERP systems (MS Dynamics or similar).Good knowledge on implementation & using of ERP systems (Preferred MS Dynamics or similar systems).Proficiency and experience in construction project procurement operations.knowledge of planning, cost control, and quality control functions.Ability of performing procurement activities including large scale procurement of construction and professional services; performing pre-award, contract negotiation and post-award contract compliance activities as described in this class specification.
