Contractual work: preparation of draft contracts, agreement of conditions, control of implementation. Interaction with suppliers: formation of orders, delivery schedules, monitoring of deadlines. Ensuring production plan: definition needs, provision of components. Inventory control: level analysis, usage deviations. Quality control: participation in the approval of requirements, claims work. Requirements for the candidate: Experience in the field of procurement or a related field is desirable, as well as being willing to accept without experience. It will be an advantage knowledge of procurement planning methods and procedures. Knowledge of the basics of budget and tender processes is desirable.
