In connection with by extension, we are looking for a "Purchasing specialist" in the team for the direction of aadministrative, household goods and services, offices, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a supply plan by category (aadministrative, household goods and services, etc.
• Daily monitoring of purchase orders 
• Conclusion of contracts, creation of a purchase request, creation of a request for payment, acts of completed works, implementation of incoming delivery in the SAP information system
• Preparation of the necessary package of documents on goods for return to the supplier (in case of shortage or discrepancy)
• Control credit and receivables of counterparties
• Inventory participation

Our candidate has:

• Higher education (priority - economic)
• Work experience in supply from 1 year< /li>
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of organization of material and technical supply and warehouse management
• Proficiency in English at the intermediate level will be an advantage

Work schedule: MON — FRI 08:00 - 17:00 (and on Fridays we have a short working day)
