It also has positions in Asia and South America.CEMARK (a CRH company) is seeking for a Procurement specialistwho will supply timely and high-quality procurement of the company's enterprises with necessary goods and materials (goods, works, services) with optimal costs and prevention of downtime.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe Procurement specialist will be responsible for the continued development and management of transactional and sourcing activity. The key responsibilities are as follows:• Processes requests for the purchase of goods and services in ERP system SAP, negotiates to ensure the best conditions for the Company (price, quality, time of delivery, payment terms, guarantees).• Controles and finalizes details of orders and deliveries. Concludes contracts and participates in monitoring of their implementation.• Tracks and reports the key functional metrics.• Controls the level of stock of goods and materials on warehouse within his responsibilities.• Cooperates with existing suppliers/contractors and searches for new/alternative sources of supply.• Works with suppliers/contractors to review performance, identifies area for improvements and fix quality issues.• Reviews and initiates the goods/services change (new type, model, OEM etc.), communicates the impact on the efficiency, capacity and performance of such projects.• Works closely and maintains effective and productive relationships with key internal stakeholders during procurement requisitioning process to identify the needs appropriately, by getting them just in time, with precise technical requirements and to ensure that new initiatives/projects of the goods/service change is vital.• Ensures processes are in compliance with Safety, Procurement and Business policies.Candidate`s profile and requirements:- Strongly Motivated person with the ability to ask the right questions while maintaining the readiness to accept constructive criticism.- The candidate must possess the ability to make decisions without having all the information while attributing Tenacity & resilience to continue to make progress in the face of challenges.- Procurement background.- Willingness to get new knowledges and skills.- Good communication skills.- English B2+ (fluent).- Great IT skills enabling the collection and presentation of information.We offer:- Interesting job at international company;- Developmental opportunities;- Opportunity to gain unique experience in various local and international matters;- Opportunity to work with an experienced team of professionals;- Access to CRH global knowledge base;- Safe work environment;- Health insurance;- Additional Bonus system.
