Corporation "OBOLON" - a national producer of beer, low-alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks and mineral water invites a PURCHASE SPECIALIST to join our team, basic requirements: higher education; work experience in supply from 1 year; experience of negotiations with suppliers; confident user of MC Office; work skills with a large amount of information; the ability to quickly solve problems; knowledge of the basics of accounting; knowledge of foreign languages ​​is welcome. Main duties: provision/purchase of trade and advertising equipment (umbrellas, tents, standard/non-standard PVC structures, awnings); playground equipment for outdoor and children's playgrounds (pneumatic attractions, trampolines, swings, children's play complexes); advertising materials (stands, racks, shelves, signs, light boxes, advertising structures); branding of retail outlets (kiosks, shops, showcases) and corporate vehicles (cars/trucks); purchase of POS materials (price tags, posters, calendars, diaries); organization and holding of a tender/competition for the supply of trade and advertising equipment, gaming, advertising and POS materials; provision of large-format printing (banner, oracle, mish, etc.); organization of assembly/disassembly of standard/non-standard PVC structures for marketing projects; selection of suppliers/manufacturers, conclusion of contracts, control of the process of manufacturing orders; formation and management of the supply process of trade and advertising equipment, gaming, advertising and POS materials; distribution of trade and advertising equipment , gaming, advertising and POS materials for organizing delivery to distributors' warehouses; formation of technical specifications and layouts of trade and advertising equipment, advertising and POS materials for ordering from suppliers; adaptation of layouts for trade and advertising equipment, vehicles, retail outlets and POS - materials (work in graphic editors Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator); preparation of standards (planograms) regarding the positioning of the company's products in refrigeration equipment; communication with adjacent departments; management of full document flow, preparation and reporting; preparation for the process of writing off advertising and POS - materials. Working conditions: Mon-Thurs. 8:30—17:15, Fri. 8:30—16:00; possible business trips to suppliers; official employment; social guarantees; reservation of conscript workers; corporate mobile communications.
