We are currently actively looking for a Procurement Specialist. Requirements: Higher specialized education; Experienced PC user (Excel required) Word, Internet, specialized programs; Experience as a supply manager; Ability to work with database; Energy, stress resistance, sociability, honesty, responsibility, attentiveness; Ability to meet deadlines. Working conditions: Work in an office with a nice, fresh renovation in a loft style. Closed territory; Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are closed; Timely payment in the form of a rate and a bonus for timely and high-quality performance of assigned tasks. At least 25,000-30,000 UAH/month. Responsibilities: Market monitoring Analysis and control of minimum stock balances Ordering goods from suppliers; Control of mutual settlements and maintenance of primary documentation; Management of existing and search for new suppliers; Control of receipt of goods; Conclusion of contracts with suppliers; Compilation of the budget and delivery schedule; Implementation control contractual relations; preparation of analytical reports for management.
