We are looking for a Specialist (the direction of the procurement process and contractual work)

Main duties:

• Organization and conduct of tender procedures for the performance of works and provision of services within the company
• Conclusion of contracts for the performance of works and provision of services in accordance with the results of the procedures
• Preparation of a package of documents for approving the results of procurement procedures
• Control over contractual work and compliance with the terms of concluded contracts
• Ensuring effective communication between all participants in the process (internal and external parties)
• Formation of reporting on areas of department activity in accordance with established requirements

Requirements:

• confident PC user (MS Office, including MS Project)
• work in Contracts, AxDraft, SAP MDG programs (preferred)

  
  

• conducting bidding on electronic platforms (Prozorro, Smart Tender)
