Functional responsibilities:

• Preparation of applications for the purchase of TMC to suppliers coming from stores and structural units of the company                      
• Preparation of technical tasks for holding tenders for the supply of TMC, analysis of tender offers           
• Searching for the necessary TMCs and determining the source of purchases                                     
• Conducting  negotiations with potential suppliers to obtain the minimum prices and the most favorable terms of delivery, analysis of negotiations                                                                                                                                                                                        
• Organization of work on signing of contracts and specifications, control of the fulfillment of contract conditions
• Payment of orders in the SAP S4Hana system, control of payments for orders
• Work with project documentation, design projects, store plans suppliers (work with primary accounting documentation: invoices, expense invoices, acts of completed works, acts of reconciliation, acts of revaluation) supply quality control
• Control of warehouse balances of TMC of its procurement category
• Constant research of the market of TMC of its procurement category  
• Interaction with warehouses and accounting for the movement of goods and control of the drawing up of acts of movement
