Functions:

• Execution of purchase orders for the purpose of operational provision of the Company with goods and services;
• Conducting procurement of goods/services within their area of responsibility;
• Organization and negotiation (if necessary) with counterparties, organization of signing a contract or contractual document in the electronic document management system;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of existing contractual conditions when organizing the supply of goods and providing services;
• Ensuring timely and comprehensive ongoing assessment of suppliers;
• Analysis of procurement activities and reporting on results.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in procurement from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the competitive selection process of suppliers, understanding of procurement processes;
• Skills in working with ERP systems, an advantage provided with knowledge of SAP;
