Goal -analytical support of the main business processes in procurement

Main requirements:

< li>Higher economic education
• Experience of working as an analyst of consolidated information from 2 years
• Possessing tools of statistical/economic/financial analysis
• Expert level of knowledge of MS Excel, preferably experience work with Power BI
• Skills for working with Big Data
• Skills for interpretation/visualization and summarization of data
• Experience in automating processes in ERP systems and IT-Enterprise work experience - will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Generalization and analysis of information, formation of summary reports, forecasts, conclusions for the procurement function
• Development and implementation of reporting forms, templates for analytical management of the procurement process
• Writing methodological materials
• Working with large amounts of information
• Preparation of presentations materials
• Analytical support of the main procurement business processes
• Support for the implementation of updates to the used software products
• Collection and analysis of information on the effectiveness of the work of procurement departments by management levels, preparation relevant reports
