Procurement planning specialist in Metinvest Digital

KEY TASKS:

• Conducting operations of unplanned planning of material needs and analysis of PPM results;
• Audit of customer needs compared to the purchase request;
• Conducting an analysis of the possibility of covering the needs of customers in materials from existing stocks;
• Processing and verification of requests for the purchase of structural units;
• Recognition of unplanned maintenance and repair orders, issuance of permits to adjust the need for maintenance and repair;
• Planning of the movement of inventory of goods from the central warehouse to the customer's warehouse;
• Preparation and consolidation of payment reviews of payment items in SAP ERP;
• Formation and consolidation of payment registers for in the direction of IT;
• Reconciliation of register positions at the level of the CFO (financial responsibility center) and communication regarding payment approval at the level of the CC (Managing Company);
• Planning and analysis of payment budgets in the planning horizon (1-4 months).

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in in the field of administration of document management and document archiving from 2 years;
• Understanding the principles of organization and management of document management and archiving of original documents;
• High level of mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio tools;
• Ability to handle archival documents;
• Analytical abilities;
• Competent written and verbal language;
• Willingness and ability to learn;

Will be your plusc:

• Experience in SAP ERP.
