Procurement manager (Ukrainian suppliers) in Pro recruitment

The Ukrainian manufacturing and technological company engaged in the production of robotics is recruiting specialists in the production direction to the team. The company has been engaged in the production of robotic systems and related equipment for more than 10 years, and in connection with the expansion and growth of capacities, it is looking for a Procurement Manager who will help purchase parts , components and other TMC for our production. Key tasks: Processing of applications received by the department regarding the need to purchase one or another product Calculation of the final cost of goods (budgeting) Communication with counterparties and suppliers Work with Ukrainian suppliers (not tenders) Coordination and control of the delivery process mutual settlements with suppliers, preparation of a package of documentsAnalysis and control of the balance of goods in the warehouse, calculation of the order to the supplier We expect from you: 1+ year of relevant experience Higher education (economics, finance, technical) Confident PC user (good knowledge of Excel — VPR, SumIf, etc.) Negotiation skills with as a supplier Knowledge of the necessary package of documents for procurement Ability to read drawings and purchase the necessary goods based on them Skills of working with large volumes Desirable: Knowledge of 3D Modeling Solid Works English language (A2-B2) We offer: Timely payment of a competitive salary Workplace equipped with all the necessary modern equipment Work in an office — Kyiv (free delicious lunches provided) Work in a team of highly qualified colleagues Involvement in projects to create a quality Ukrainian product
