Purchasing manager (international marketplaces) in Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers

Our capacities are growing, and with them the need to attract talented people. That is why we are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our team!

Key tasks:

• Processing incoming applications in the department, regarding the need to purchase this or that product
• Calculation of the final cost of goods (budgeting)
• Communication with counterparties and suppliers
• Working with Aliexpress-type sites, Alibaba, Taobao and others
• Coordination and control of the import process of goods (work with postal services - Meest, NP)
• Control of mutual settlements with suppliers, preparation of a package of documents
• Analysis and control of product balances in the warehouse, calculation of the order to the supplier. Candidate requirements: 1+ years of relevant experience. li>
• Higher education (economics, finance, management)
• Confident PC user (in particular Excel - VPR and Sumif)
• Skills in negotiating with a supplier (international and national)< /li>
• Knowledge of the necessary package of documents for procurement
• Willingness to work with large volumes

Desirable:

• Skills for the work of ZED
• Ability to purchase at the FOP
• Experience with dual purpose goods
• English - A2-B1
• Import of dual purpose goods
