Procurement manager (Aliexpress etc.) in Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers

The company, which has been on the Ukrainian market for 10 years, specializes in the production of robotics. In connection with active expansion, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to join the team, who will help purchase parts, components and other goods for our production. Key tasks: - Processing applications that come to the department regarding the need to purchase one or another product - Calculation of the final cost of goods (budgeting) - Communication with counterparties and suppliers - Work with sites such as Aliexpress, Alibaba, Taobao and others - Coordination and control of the process of importing goods (work with postal services — Meest, NP) - Control of mutual settlements with suppliers, preparation of a package of documents - Analysis and control of the balance of goods in the warehouse, calculation of the order to the supplier Requirements for the candidate: - 1+ year of relevant experience - Higher education (economics, finance, management) - Confident PC user ( in particular Excel — VPR and Sumif) - Skills of negotiating with a supplier (international and national) - Knowledge of the necessary package of documents for procurement - Willingness to work with large volumes. Desirable: - Skills of working in the ZED - Ability to purchase on FOP - Experience in working with goods of double purpose- English — A2-B1- Import of dual purpose goods.
