- Research and analysis of the supplier market and determination of terms of work with suppliers;
- Successful negotiation with suppliers (negotiation and signing of contracts), coordination of supplies at all stages — from formation and placement to receipt order;
- Work and interaction with company departments (Accounting, Warehouse, etc.).
After the adaptation period: p>
- Documentation of supplies for import, including documentary support and control of cargo movement at all stages;
- Preparation of documentation (customs clearance, etc.);
< li>Control of supply of goods stocks, planning and adherence to the plan of purchase and sales volumes;- Interaction with customs brokers, logistics companies, certified centers.
