Dataweb Global Group, an international IT infrastructure solutions provider, is seeking a  Procurement Manager to effectively manage procurement processes and supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Dataweb Global Group is an international hosting and IaaS Provider. Our solution scope includes full-stack IT infrastructure solutions based on enterprise-lever Bare Metal, cloud offerings, and content delivery services.

We work with clients across various industries who require custom-built solutions to manage significant computing power, such as VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML computing, gaming, and more.

Our mission is to provide personalized solutions for both business and people behind it.

• Manage and maintain contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and fostering long-term relationships
• Strengthen supplier relationships to maximize value and enhance collaboration
• Lead the procurement of IT resources, including datacenter space and power (colocation), transport, IP transit services, and IT consumables
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address IT sourcing needs
• Conduct market analysis and source reliable suppliers that align with business goals
• Issue, monitor, and process orders within the system, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Review and manage invoices as needed, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing
• Maintain organized procurement documentation in company systems, working with spreadsheets and data
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of the procurement module in the ERP system

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to Europe, USA, and Asia markets
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and build strategic supplier partnerships
• Ideally, experience and commercial knowledge in the professional services and IT industry
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher
• Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
