Purchasing manager in Creative States

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team. Your tasks: Development and implementation of a procurement strategy in accordance with the needs of the company. Analysis of the market and suppliers to determine the most favorable procurement conditions. Search, selection and evaluation of potential suppliers. Conclusion and management of contracts with suppliers. Analysis and control of prices for procurement goods and services. Search for opportunities to obtain discounts and terms of cost optimization. Keeping documentation and reporting on procurement issues. Cooperation with the financial department to control the procurement budget. Ensuring timely and efficient supply of goods and services. Development of a monitoring and control system for supplies. Tracking and optimization of purchase prices. Organization of tenders. Our requirements: Experience in the field of procurement. Knowledge of the market and trends in the relevant industry. The ability to negotiate and conclude profitable agreements. Analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of the English language (preferred). Possess skills in business correspondence and business etiquette. Be neat, collected, to think systematically, not to whine and be able to defend one's ideas. To be an extrovert, a lighter person, to have emotional intelligence, to be brave and adequate.
