Procurement Manager in ST Staffwork

We are an international team of experts in the field of telecom analytics and mobile security.
Our main goal is to protect A2P traffic and help mobile operators around the world reduce risks, vulnerabilities and financial losses.

We are currently strengthening our procurement direction and are looking for a Procurement Specialist who can find optimal technical resources and ensure traffic stability for our development teams and traffic.

What will need to be done:

• Monitoring the resource market, comparing by price / stability / speed / quality

• Testing resources, obtaining test keys and finding alternatives

• Obtaining individual conditions, discounts and expanding the pool of suppliers for our servers

• Assisting the development team in solving technical issues by purchasing ready-made solutions

• Accounting and analytics of resources

• Interaction with development and anti-fraud teams

Requirements:

• Experience in procurement / negotiations / finding suppliers (preferably in the areas of digital / telecom / traffic - proxies / captchas / SMTP or understanding how these work processes)

• Understanding the resources of "gray" niches

• Ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets, maintaining cost and limit tables, weekly reporting

• Experience in communication with teams (development, traffic department, management)

• English language - level from Intermediate

• Schedule: 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00
