Foster a culture of growth, ensuring professional development and alignment with organizational goals.Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison for the Ukraine leadership team, aligning procurement strategies with organizational objectives and maintaining robust relationships with sector leads.Financial and Operational Oversight: Oversee financial metrics and manage productivity targets for procurement operations.Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with Global Control Standards and company procurement policies, maintaining rigorous documentation and control processes.Innovative Project Leadership: Initiate and manage projects focused on procurement system enhancements and operational efficiencies. Facilitate idea generation and project approval processes to support ongoing business needs.QualificationsEducational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 15 years in procurement management, including significant exposure to multi-category procurement.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
